Staying at this hotel was a mix of great experiences and a few drawbacks. The rooms are beautiful but have poor acoustics, the service is extra friendly, and the location is ideal for exploring the sand dunes. However, the dining experience had its ups and downs.
I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms at this hotel! They were much bigger and more luxurious than I expected, contrary to the website picture. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make us feel at home, including cooking special sweets for us multiple times a day. The location, though a bit distant from the fort, was beautifully maintained with lovely gardens and sunset strolling spots. Dining was a highlight, offering a variety of tasty options from healthy juices to homemade muffins. Overall, a truly regal experience!
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated, making it one of the nicest places I've stayed in India. However, they could improve on cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, and sound-proofing. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to cater to our needs. The location, although a bit far from the city, was fabulous, offering a great escape. The dining options were impressive, but a bit more variety in the breakfast buffet would have been perfect.
